Held in March 2026, the competition attracted 42 image submissions from 26 participants, showcasing a wide range of microscopy techniques, imaging approaches, and biological discoveries from across the international cilia community.
Entries were evaluated for their scientific significance, technical quality, originality, and visual impact. The three winning images are featured on the conference homepage, while the Top 15 selected images are presented below together with descriptions provided by their authors.
